Sterraine Park is a stunning 2 storey residence with landscaped, parkland gardens over 15 acres offering complete privacy for your enjoyment opening it doors for luxury accommodation in December 2014.  Ducted air conditioning , double glazed french windows, through out the entire house.  Top quality linen and furnishings are all supplied for your enjoyment.  Sleeps 8 guests.  Ideal for 2 families –  4 bedrooms. 1 queen bedroom and 1 single bedroom with 2 single beds, bath shower and separate toilets on both levels.

The entrance to the  Formal lounge with chandeliers, plush Austrian curtains sets the standard of your accommodation you have chosen.  A fully equipped kitchen with dining and separate sitting area.  An entertainment room with 150cm tv and games to play with  Parquetry floors and leather lounge suite.

The ground level also offers, 1 queen bedroom, and  single bedroom with 2 single beds.  Full bathroom,  bath, shower and vanity with separate toilet with disability grab rails in the wet areas. A laundry, brand new kitchen with dishwasher,  wall oven and gas hotplates walk in pantry, dining room, formal lounge and entertainment room.

Upper level has the two bedrooms as mentioned, huge walk in robe, separate bathroom, outdoor undercover balcony to enjoy the view.

Destined to be one of North eastern Victoria’s great parkland gardens, Sterraine Park is a “must see” destination for every garden lover.  Designed to retain the views of the mountains and nearby lake, this large garden of sweeping  lawns and beautifully grown plants has been conceived on a grand scale.  A  large selection of choice trees are used as focal points around which extensive beds of azaleas, rhododendrons and perennials flow effortlessly through the lawns.  A hidden circular garden shaded by a magnificent Veriegated Tulip Tree has been designed around a statue.  Two large clipped Thuja orientalis surrounded by box hedges frame views across an impressive pool and waterfall to the waters of Lake Eildon.  The pond features life sized  flamingo statues, seating and water spout to sooth the soul.

A woodland of rare and unusual trees abuts a terraced lawn leading to a sandstone feature surmounted by a cupola.
