4th – 6th May, 2012 The house was superb and the view was breath-taking. It’s one of those views that you have to see for yourself – a photo just doesn’t do it any justice. We awoke on Saturday morning to find the whole of the valley covered in fog and as it lifted it was silvery and hazy – beautiful. On Sunday morning Dad happened to get up around sunrise and he said it was the best sunrise he’s seen – gorgeous pinks and purples. He was a pilot so he’s seen a lot of sunrises over his lifetime. You were right about the wood fire – it kept us  very warm and was easy to manage. Again, thank you for sharing such a beautiful location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
