Sleeps up to 10 guests. Great for groups of up to 16/18 , if you book with Jubilee Cottage.
Just relocated and renovated in 2010 features Modern kitchen, family room, LCD tv. dvd, Lounge and dining. 1 Queen Bedroom with ensuite, 2nd Queen bedroom, Single bedroom with Double bed and 2 singles. Lounge has a double sofa couch. Full laundry facilities. Quality linen and towels supplied. Electric blankets, split system air conditioner. Environmentally led and low energy lighting, fully insulated roof and walls to keep you warm the floors are next. 9 ft ceilings all with decorative cornicing. Outdoor entertaining area with gas bbq. Complete privacy in Mansfield township, a rare outlook overlooking horse paddocks, gum trees and park like setting.
Off Peak Tariffs from 1st October – 18th December 2010 & 1st February – 21st April, 2011 Excluding Long Weekends and Easter
$260/night/midweek, $270/night/weekends for exclusive use of cottage for 4 guests = minimum house rate for 4 (min. 2 nights)
Group Bookings (over 4 guests) are discounted to $35 /adult/night and $25/child/night.
One night stays welcome during off peak only, however they incur a $30 a surcharge for one night only.
If staying one week the 7th night is free during Off Peak Seasons.

$270/night/midweek, $280/night/weekends – for exclusive use of cottage for up to 4 guests , Minimum house rate. (min. 2 nights)
Additional guests (over 4 guests) are discounted to $35 /adult/night and $25/child/night
To Secure your booking: 50% deposit for confirmation. Balance payable 7 days prior to arrival. Less than 14 days notice of cancellation incurs a 10% handling fee of total booking.
